Description

Armored thermocouple, also known as inorganic insulating thermocouple in the world, is a solid whole which is composed of stainless steel protective tube, magnesium oxide insulating powder, thermocouple wire, and is compacted by mold, which has the characteristics of pressure resistance, shock resistance and flexibility. , miniaturization, fast thermal response time, easy installation, long service life, good mechanical strength and other advantages, widely used in aerospace, atomic energy, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery, power energy and other industrial sectors and scientific research and teaching fields. The armored thermocouples produced by our factory are in compliance with GB/T 18404-2001.

1. The maximum operating temperature of S, R, B armored platinum-rhodium protective tube N10276 is 1300℃;

2. Products with other materials and outer diameters can be provided through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.

Thermoelectric characteristics and tolerances:

When the reference terminal is ℃, the thermoelectromotive force shall comply with GB/T 16839.1-1997 "Thermocouple Part 1: Graduation Table", and the tolerance of different grades shall comply with the provisions in Table 2.

Insulation resistance:

Insulation resistance shall be measured between the even wire and the even wire and between the even wire and the outer casing. For cables with an outer diameter less than or equal to 1.5mm, the voltage used is 75±25VD.C, and for cables with an outer diameter >1.5mm, the voltage used is 500±50VD.C. The insulation resistance per meter at room temperature and the insulation resistance per meter at high temperature should meet the requirements of Table 5.
