Description
XG/WZ assembly thermal resistance is matched with display instrument, which can measure the temperature of liquid, gas medium and solid surface in the temperature range of -200~650℃. It is widely used in aerospace, atomic energy, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, light textile, Food and other sectors and fields of science and technology.
Assembly thermal resistance is usually composed of temperature sensing element, outer protection tube, junction box and installation fixture.
working principle
The thermal resistance is designed and manufactured by using the property that the resistance of the material itself changes when the temperature changes. The temperature sensing part of the thermal resistance is made of metal wires with a large resistance temperature coefficient (such as platinum wire, nickel wire, copper wire, etc.) evenly double wound on the skeleton made of insulating material or sprayed or printed with metal paddles. On the insulating base plate, when there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature within the range where the temperature sensing element is located.
