Description
application
Usually and display instrument. Recording instrument. Electronic computer and other supporting use. Directly measure the liquids in the range of 0~1300℃ where there are explosions such as hydrocarbons at the production site. Steam and gaseous media and solid surface temperatures.
working principle
Explosion-proof thermocouple/resistance uses the principle of gap explosion-proof to design components such as junction boxes with sufficient strength, and seal all parts that generate sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures in the junction box cavity. When an explosion occurs in the cavity, it can The temperature is measured by extinguishing and cooling the gap between the joints, so that the flame and temperature after the explosion cannot be transmitted to the outside of the cavity.
●Insulation resistance at room temperature
The temperature of the explosion-proof thermocouple is 15~35℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, the test voltage is 500±50V (DC), and the insulation resistance between the electrode and the outer casing is ≥100MQ-m.
The explosion-proof thermal resistance has an ambient temperature of 15~35°C, a relative humidity of not more than 80%, and a test voltage of 10~100V (DC) and the insulation resistance between the outer casing is ≥100MQ.
