Armored Thermocouple (Resistance)

Waterproof armored thermocouple is the most widely used temperature device in temperature measurement. Its main features are wide temperature measurement range, relatively stable performance, simple structure, good dynamic response, and the ability to transmit 4-20mA electrical signals far away, which is convenient for Automatic control and centralized control. In addition, the thermal response time is short, reducing the dynamic error; flexible installation and use; large measurement range; high mechanical strength and good pressure resistance are the advantages of armored thermocouples.

Armored thermocouple is a solid assembly made of thermocouple wire, insulating material and metal protection tube after being assembled and stretched. It has the advantages of bending, high pressure resistance, fast thermal response time and strong durability. Armored thermocouples are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic computers. Direct measurement of liquid, vapor and gaseous media and solid surface temperatures in the range of 0°C to 1300°C in various production processes.

1) The protection level of the waterproof junction box is IP55, and the protection level of the splash-proof junction box is IP65;

2) The thermocouple class I is ordered according to the agreement, and it will be provided in class Il if it is not specified;

3) The measurement range and the material of the protection tube are not specified, and the material of the protection tube shall be provided in 1Cr18Ni9Ti;

4) The model of the shell-connected type is different from the last digit of the insulated product model. For example, the shell-connected type is XG / WRNK -132.
