Description

"Multi-point stepped super-long armored thermocouple for oil well" is a new product developed by our company after five years. It is a solid whole made of multiple core wire armored thermocouples combined in a stainless steel tube, which is compacted and reduced in diameter by a die. The whole machine is composed of outer casing, inner core armored thermocouple, junction box and compensation wire. A number of thermocouples are distributed in steps, and the total length can reach 2000 meters. It has the advantages of pressure resistance, flexibility, high impermeability, high non-combustibility, radiation resistance, high strength, safety and explosion-proof, convenient installation and long service life. It is a complete system with professional technical support from design to installation. This product is specially used to measure the longitudinal temperature gradient of deep oil wells, and can also be used to measure the longitudinal temperature gradient of gas wells and deep geothermal wells. This product implements the enterprise standard of Q/XG18823-2009 "Multi-point stepped super-long armored thermocouple for high temperature oil wells".


1 Appearance quality


The surface should be flat, bright, without creases, burrs, cracks, inclusions, and scratches that can be distinguished by the naked eye;


2 Structure and size (shown in Figure 3)


a) The temperature measurement point N: N can be designed according to the user's needs. At present, the N is more than 5-7 in the market.


b) Overall length L: L=LN+1 (m), LN is the length of the thermocouple at the longest temperature measuring point, which can be designed according to user needs.


c) Extended compensation wire: multi-core, the length can be designed according to needs.


d) The outer diameter D is 6~8mm, and the tolerance is D±0.1D.


e) The length Lx of each temperature measurement point can be designed according to the user's needs and the depth of the oil well, and the tolerance is lx±0.5 (m).


f) Hot end structure: insulating type.


g) Cold end structure: simple type

4 Temperature measurement range: -40 ~ 600℃


5 Thermal EMF and Tolerance


 Thermoelectromotive force should meet the requirements of GB/T 16839.1 thermocouple scale


The tolerance shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 16839.2 tolerance.


Grade I: ± (2.5℃ or 0.75%t); Grade II: ± (1.5℃ or 0.4%t)


6 Insulation resistance


a) Insulation resistance at room temperature: not less than 1000 MΩ/m


b) High temperature insulation resistance: not less than 3 MΩ/pc


7 Outer casing integrity


After the whole product is immersed in room temperature water for 60 minutes, its insulation resistance does not change.


8 Materials


a) The inner core armored thermocouple shall meet the technical requirements of GB/T 18404


b) The material of the outer protection tube is 316L, and its material should meet the requirements of relevant standards.
