Armored Thermocouple (Resistance)

Compensation wire type armored thermocouple is the most widely used temperature device in temperature measurement. Its main features are wide temperature measurement range, relatively stable performance, simple structure, good dynamic response, and the ability to transmit 4-20mA electrical signals remotely. It is convenient for automatic control and centralized control. In addition, the thermal response time is short, reducing the dynamic error; flexible installation and use; large measurement range; high mechanical strength and good pressure resistance are the advantages of armored thermocouples.

Armored thermocouple is a solid assembly made of thermocouple wire, insulating material and metal protection tube after being assembled and stretched. It has the advantages of bending, high pressure resistance, fast thermal response time and strong durability. Armored thermocouples are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic computers. Direct measurement of liquid, vapor and gaseous media and solid surface temperatures in the range of 0°C to 1300°C in various production processes.

1) Class I thermocouples are ordered according to the agreement: if not specified, they will be provided in class II;

2) The measurement range and the material of the protection tube are not specified, and the material of the protection tube shall be provided in 1Cr18Ni9Ti;

3) The model number of the shell-connected type is different from that of the insulated product. For example, the shell-connected type is XG / WRNK -192.
