Description
As a kind of temperature sensor, the movable flange type thermocouple is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators. It can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid vapors and gaseous media and solids in the range from 0°C to 1300°C in various productions. Thermocouples usually consist of main components such as temperature sensing elements, mounting fixtures and junction boxes. It is a cheap metal thermocouple with a large amount at present, and its consumption is the sum of other thermocouples. The diameter of the K-type thermocouple wire is generally 1.2 to 4.0 mm. The nominal chemical composition of positive (KP) is: Ni:Cr=92:12, the nominal chemical composition of negative (KN) is: Ni:Si=99:3, and the operating temperature is -200~1300℃.
Thermocouple Features:
1. Detection (temperature measurement) element Thermocouple is one of the commonly used temperature detection elements in the industry.
① The measurement accuracy is high. Because the thermocouple is in direct contact with the measured object, it is not affected by the intermediate medium.
② Wide measurement range. Commonly used thermocouples can be continuously measured from -50 to +1600 °C, and some special thermocouples can measure as low as -269 °C (such as gold-iron-nickel-chromium) and as high as +2800 °C (such as tungsten-rhenium).
③ Simple structure and easy to use. Thermocouples are usually composed of two different wires with a protective sleeve, which is very convenient to use.
2. According to the temperature measurement range and accuracy, select the thermocouple with the corresponding graduation number. The temperature is 1300~1800℃. When the accuracy is required to be relatively high, the B-type thermocouple is generally selected; the accuracy is not high, and the atmosphere is allowed to use tungsten rhenium. Thermocouples, generally use tungsten-rhenium thermocouples above 1800 °C; use temperature at 1000~1300 °C, which requires higher accuracy and higher available S-type thermocouples and N-type thermocouples; generally use K-type thermocouples and N-type thermocouples below 1000 °C Thermocouple, E-type thermocouple is generally used below 400 °C; T-type thermocouple is generally used for measurement at 250 °C and negative temperature, and T-type thermocouple is stable at low temperature.
1) Models 330 and 331 are waterproof, with protection grade IP55;
2) The remaining materials of the protection tube are ordered according to the agreement;
