Assembly Thermocouple (Resistance)

Fixed thread explosion-proof thermocouple (resistance) is a kind of temperature sensor, which is widely used in industrial automatic control systems. Through the temperature sensor, the temperature parameters of the controlled object can be turned into electrical signals, which are transmitted to display, recording and adjustment instruments. The system implements monitoring, regulation and control. It can directly measure liquid, steam and gas medium and solid surface temperature in the range of 0℃-1300℃ in various production processes.

The fixed thread explosion-proof thermocouple uses the principle of gap explosion-proof to design the junction box and other components with sufficient strength, and seal all parts that will generate sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures in the junction box cavity. When an explosion occurs in the cavity , it can be extinguished and cooled through the gap of the joint surface, so that the flame and temperature after the explosion cannot be transmitted to the outside of the cavity, so as to prevent explosion.

1) Class I explosion-proof thermocouples are ordered according to the agreement;

2) Class A explosion-proof thermal resistance is ordered according to the agreement, the structure is the same as that of the thermocouple, and the performance is the same as that of the ordinary thermal resistance;

3) Nominal pressure≤10MPa;

4) The material of the protection tube is ordered according to the agreement;
