Pressure gauge

Diaphragm pressure gauges are suitable for measuring the pressure or negative pressure of various fluid media with certain corrosiveness, viscous media and non-crystalline or non-solidified media. Diaphragms of different materials can be selected according to the different requirements of the measurement medium for corrosion resistance. The casing is made of stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge, which can be used in harsh working environment.

Structural principle:

Diaphragm pressure gauge consists of measuring system (including joint, flange, diaphragm), transmission mechanism, indicating device and shell. The instrument is a sealed splash-proof structure, which can effectively protect the internal parts from environmental influences and contamination.

Under the pressure of the measured medium, the elastic element (diaphragm) of the instrument produces an elastic deformation-displacement proportional to the pressure, which is amplified by the transmission mechanism with the help of the connecting rod, and the measured pressure value is indicated by the indicating device.

Ambient temperature: -40~+70℃; relative humidity not more than 90%.

Temperature influence: When the operating temperature deviates from 20±5℃, the additional temperature error is not more than 0.04%/10℃.

Working position: vertical installation.
