Description
The magnetic assisted electric contact pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of various liquids, gases and other media that are non-corrosive to copper alloys, non-explosive, and non-crystalline. The magnetic-assisted electric contact pressure gauge is used in conjunction with the corresponding electrical devices to achieve the purpose of two-position automatic control and signaling (alarm) of the preset maximum or minimum pressure value for the pressure system to be measured.
The magnetic-assisted electric contact pressure gauge has the function of measurement and control, and the upper and lower control pressure values can be set arbitrarily, and the action is stable and reliable.
Structural principle:
The magnetic auxiliary electric contact pressure gauge is composed of a full capacity system, an indicating device, an auxiliary electric contact device, a casing, a regulating device and a junction box. When the full pressure acts on the elastic tube, its end produces corresponding elastic deformation - ¬¬¬ displacement, which is indicated by the indicating device on the dial after being enlarged by the transmission mechanism. At the same time, the moment when the movable contact of the electric contact device is driven by the pointer and the contact on the set pointer (the upper limit becomes the lower limit) contacts, the circuit is connected or disconnected in the control system, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control and signaling alarm.
On the electrical contact signal pin of the electrical contact device, there is an adjustable permanent magnet, which can increase the contact suction force and speed up the contact action, so as to make the contact contact reliable, eliminate arcing, and effectively avoid the vibration of the instrument due to the working environment or medium pressure. Pulsing causes frequent closing of the contacts. Therefore, the magnetic-assisted electric contact pressure gauge has the advantages of reliable action, long service life, and high contact switch power.
