Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is a corrosion-resistant micro-pressure measuring instrument developed according to the structural principle of ordinary diaphragm pressure gauges. The pressure guiding system and the casing are made of stainless steel. Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges are used in the process of high corrosion resistance requirements to measure the micro-pressure and negative pressure of various gaseous media. It can also be used in cobalt furnace ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices, etc. and other similar equipment. It is an ideal supporting product for domestic production of similar instruments imported from foreign advanced technology equipment.

Structural principle:

The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system (including joints, diaphragms, etc.), a transmission mechanism, an indicating device and an external light.

When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the bellows, its free end produces corresponding elastic deformation—displacement, and the transmission mechanism is amplified by the lever, and the measured pressure is indicated on the instrument dial by the indicating device.

Use environment conditions: the working environment temperature is -25~55℃, and the relative temperature is not more than 80%.
