Description
The bellows pressure gauge uses the bellows as the sensitive element to measure the tiny pressure, which does not corrode the copper alloy and does not have the slight pressure and negative pressure of the explosive dangerous gas. Capsule pressure gauges are widely used in cobalt furnace ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices, etc. and other similar equipment.
Structural principle:
The bellows pressure gauge consists of a measuring system (including joints, bellows, etc.), a transmission mechanism, an indicating device and a casing.
When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the bellows, its free end produces corresponding elastic deformation—displacement, and the transmission mechanism is amplified by the lever, and the measured pressure is indicated on the meter dial by the indicating device.
Working position and environment: The diaphragm pressure gauge is installed vertically, the working environment temperature is ﹣25~55℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80%, and the surrounding air does not contain harmful gases that corrode the instrument.
Temperature influence: When the operating temperature deviates from 20±5℃, the additional temperature error is not more than 0.4%/10℃.
