PTC thermistor alloys have medium resistivity and large positive temperature coefficient of resistance. PTC thermistor alloys are used in various electric heaters and air conditioners, with functions such as automatic temperature control, automatic power adjustment, constant current, current limiting, energy saving, and improving component life.

Resistance temperature coefficient: 0-100℃≥(3000-5000)X10-6/℃

Resistivity: 0-100℃, 0.20-0.38μΩ.m

PTC thermistor alloy has good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and high heat resistance properties. It is suitable for making electric vacuum devices, electronic instrument components, and as a corrosion-resistant material (woven mesh) in the chemical industry.
