Flow meter

V-type cone flowmeter is a new type of differential pressure flow measurement device with a pointed cone coaxially installed in the measuring tube as the throttling part. A new type of throttling device that combines the advantages of orifice plate and wear-resistant orifice plate.

Main features of V-cone flowmeter:

◆The water in the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections should be shorter: the length of the upstream straight pipe section is 0D-3D, (3D is required for installation downstream of the valve), and the length of the downstream straight pipe section is 6D-1D.

◆Accuracy: ±1.0%; repeatability is 0.1%; turndown ratio reaches 15:1

◆Fouling resistance, small pressure.

◆It has the function of flow adjustment and mixing of fluids.

◆Easy to install - it is an ideal flowmeter for technical transformation.

◆Maintenance-free or maintenance workload is very small.
