XG / JYZX series magnetic level gauges are also called magnetic flip columns and magnetic flip plates. The magnetic float level gauge can measure the liquid level safely and reliably under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity and strong corrosion conditions. The reading is intuitive, the display is eye-catching, and the measurement range is large. It can realize the upper and lower limit alarm and control of liquid level (boundary level) and remote detection and control. Magnetic liquid level gauge series products are widely used in liquid level measurement and control in the process of electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, medicine, food and other industries. The XG / JYZX series magnetic float overturning column liquid level gauge is connected with the container through the side flange, so that the change of the liquid in the liquid level gauge is actually consistent with the change of the liquid level in the container. The cylindrical float in the cavity of the liquid level gauge and the magnetic flap and switch outside the level gauge are actually a set of magnetic systems.

The flip column of the magnetic flip plate is equipped with small columnar magnetic steel, and all the flip columns are evenly placed in the aluminum slot, the distance between the axis and the radial direction is 10mm, and half of the magnetic flip columns are white and half are red. When the liquid level in the liquid level gauge rises and falls, the float moves along with it, and the beam magnetic field of the permanent magnet installed on the top of it drives the magnetic flip column of the outer flap to rotate 180°. When the liquid level rises, it turns from white to red. On the contrary, when the liquid level drops, the turning column changes from red to white. In this way, the turning column can reflect the change of the liquid level in the container without any power supply. It completely isolates the liquid medium from the measurement indication and provides a safe and reliable means and method for liquid level detection of inflammable, explosive and toxic media.

UQZ liquid level sensor, the liquid level sensor is used to measure the liquid level and transmit signals together with the JYZK series magnetic float level gauge. The resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level is converted into a standard current signal output by the transmitter.

 Uk series magnetic switch, it is divided into common type magnetic switch and two-way holding type magnetic switch, which is used together with XG / JYZK water series magnetic float level gauge.
