Description
XG/UQZ-08 remote transmitter consists of a liquid level sensor and a conversion module. The sensor of the transmitter is fixed on the outside of the main pipe of the UZ magnetic float level gauge in a bundled form, so that it is at the same level as the level gauge. In the magnetic coupling system, when the magnetic float moves up and down with the liquid level, the reed chip set corresponding to the liquid level is affected by the action and action of the magnetic field in the float, and the resistance chain value changes. 4~20mADC standard signal output, this signal can be conveniently used with the microcomputer industrial intelligent control instrument produced by our company, or connected to other secondary instruments, so as to achieve the purpose of display, control, adjustment and alarm. There are zero adjustment knobs and full scale adjustment knobs on the circuit board in the transmitter casing, which can easily determine the zero and full scale points.

●Notes on debugging:
The XG/UZ magnetic float level gauge and the XG/UQZ-08 bundled remote transmitter are fixed together with a hoop after passing the calibration and inspection at the factory. The user can perform overall debugging before installation (remove the bottom flange, move the Magnetic float, the position indicated by the indicator should correspond to the transmitter output). The transmitter can also be removed for independent debugging, the method is to place the magnetic steel at the full scale mark of the sensor part of the transmitter, and the output should be 20mA at this time. If the zero position and the full scale are out of tolerance, the zero position potentiometer and the span position potentiometer can be adjusted and adjusted repeatedly until the requirements are met. After the transmitter is individually debugged, it must be re-fixed on the outside of the main pipe of the liquid level gauge with a holder. It must be noted that the centerline of the liquid level gauge's lower liquid pipe must be aligned with the zero position of the indicator scale and the transmitter. at the zero mark on the sensor section.
