The contrast between liquid and gas display is very large, and it is clear and clear for long-distance observation and night patrol. The color quartz tube liquid level gauge successfully overcomes the shortcomings of the ordinary plate type liquid level gauge, such as bulky, large sealing area, easy leakage, unclear display, and difficult to judge at a very close distance.

 XG / UGS series quartz tube liquid level gauges have the same characteristics and working principles as UNS series, but the difference lies in the two ends of the liquid level gauge. There is a special valve for the liquid level gauge at the end and a safety device.

●Structure principle:

 XG / UGS ( UNS ) series color quartz tube liquid level gauge, which uses the principle of natural light refraction and reflection in the liquid, with the help of red and green sheets, when measuring, the liquid phase is displayed in green, and the gas phase is displayed in red. Due to the large contrast in the liquid phase display, the indication is clear and clear.

●Installation and use:

1. The color level gauge should be handled with care during transportation and installation to prevent the quartz tube and color filter from being broken. Open the box and check whether the accessories are complete, and read the instruction manual carefully before installation.

2. Before installation, the color chip should be considered in the case of strong natural light source (southeast direction). If you need to adjust the direction of the color filter and the viewing position, loosen the large hexagonal screws at both ends, and then tighten them. The liquid level gauge has been connected to 1.5 times the working pressure for pressure test before leaving the factory, and the user can carry out the hydraulic test of 1.5 times the working pressure under the premise of conditions.

3. After the upper and lower flanges (threads) of the color level gauge are connected to the container, if the liquid in the container is high temperature, the quartz tube should be preheated for half an hour before it can be officially operated to prevent the quartz tube from bursting. When using, slowly open the upper and lower valves to make the liquid flush the inner wall of the glass tube. When the liquid in the container enters the liquid level gauge to increase the pressure, the color display may not be clear, which is caused by the fluctuation of the liquid and the unstable pressure, and it can be displayed normally after it is stabilized.

4. The liquid level gauge should first flush the glass tube regularly and drain with detergent. The color filter can be removed and cleaned so as not to affect the red and green display.

5. When the UNS series liquid level gauge is in normal operation, the valve stem should be withdrawn for no less than 4 turns (to prevent the steel ball from hitting the top of the valve stem) to ensure that the steel ball is automatically sealed.
