Pressure Transmitters

The installation flange standard of 3051LT high-precision flanged liquid level transmitter is according to ANSL. The flange has 3" and 4" specifications, and the flange grade is 150LB (2.5MPa). The flange installation dimensions are shown in the following chart. If the user adopts GB116-88 standard, please specify DN = 80, PN = 2MPa. According to the liquid diaphragm material, there are 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum, etc. If the user does not specify, it will be supplied with a 3” 150LB mounting flange and a wetted diaphragm material 316L.

Flange gasket users can choose the material of the gasket according to the characteristics of the wetted medium. The company recommends materials such as asbestos rubber, nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, nylon, and PTFE.
