Shockproof pressure gauge is a pressure measuring instrument, mainly used to measure liquid, gas and steam pressure. The working principle of shock pressure gauge is to use spring pipe and other elastic sensitive elements, elastic deformation under pressure and vacuum. The size of its shape variable forms a certain linear relationship with the acting pressure, expanded by the transmission mechanism, and the pointer marks the pressure measured on the index board.

Before installation, the shockproof pressure gauge needs to be verified by the national approved metrology department and issued the verification certificate before installation and use. The main verification steps are as follows:

First, shape inspection

Visual inspection: Observe the shape of the manometer, mark, reading section, upper limit number, score, etc. When OBSERVING ZERO, MAKE a difference BETWEEN THOSE WITH AND WITHOUT STOPS, confirm whether they meet the requirements of the verification procedure, and record the inspection results in the inspection record.

Two, the selection of standard table

The standard table we choose in the daily inspection is the spring tube type precision pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, the auxiliary equipment is the pressure checker and vacuum checker.

Three, shockproof pressure gauge environmental conditions

Observe the temperature and hygrometer to confirm whether the temperature and humidity meet the specified requirements. According to the verification procedure, 85% of the ambient temperature (205c) is the relative humidity. Otherwise, the air conditioner should be used to meet the requirements, and the temperature and humidity measurements should be recorded in the original records after being placed at a constant temperature for 2 hours.

Four, show value error test

According to the numerical representation of the dividing line (boost or force) represents the value verification. The black starts at 0 and rises slowly and evenly. When the standard table pointer points to the corresponding dividing line, the value of the check is read.

Five, show the value of the error reading

According to the regulations, the display value of the pressure gauge should be assessed as 1/5 of the score, with standard gauges using general readings and checklists using estimated readings. In order to compare the two reading methods, the accuracy of the line reading was higher than the expected accuracy of the reading.

6. Handling of verification results

To check the qualified pressure gauge, remove it from the calibrator, seal it with the lead rod of the meter checker, affix the meter qualified label, and finally issue the meter verification certificate.

Seismic pressure gauge daily maintenance to do the following:

1, the dial glass should be bright and clear, in order to accurately display the pressure value of the display, the dial glass broken or blurred, need to carry out maintenance inspection to use.

2. The enterprise itself needs to often check whether the rotation and fluctuation of the manometer pointer is normal, and check whether the rotary plug of the connecting pipe is all open.

3. The connecting pipe should be washed regularly to avoid blockage.

4, to be regularly verified, the use of seismic pressure gauge to be verified every 6 months, often used, to be reasonable by the enterprise and the measurement department to decide the verification cycle, verification qualified to be installed after use, expired should immediately stop using.
