What is the selection specification for stainless steel pressure gauges?
Stainless steel pressure gauge refers to the pressure gauge made of stainless steel that is resistant to corrosive media such as acid and alkali, etc.
1. Selection of liquid material for stainless steel pressure gauge:
Currently, the commonly used stainless steel materials for liquid receiving parts are as follows. The user can reasonably select the appropriate material according to the corrosiveness of the measured medium.
2. Determination of the accuracy level:
The accuracy grade of the stainless steel pressure gauge reflects the accuracy with which the indicated value is close to the actual value when the measured pressure gauge is compared with the standard pressure gauge.
Selection method of accuracy grade of stainless steel pressure gauge:
Habit or empirical method:
In general, the accuracy class of a pressure gauge is related to the outer diameter of the housing. The general accuracy of pressure gauges with outer diameters of 50mm and 60mm is 2. Class 5 pressure gauges with outer diameters of 100mm and 150mm typically have an accuracy of 1. Sixth grade. Since most stainless steel pressure gauges are working pressure gauges, the accuracy of the pressure gauge is not high, so if the outer diameter of the pressure gauge is selected, the accuracy of the pressure gauge is basically determined.
3. Scope selection
Scope selection principle:
(1) When measuring stable pressure, the maximum working pressure shall not exceed 2/3 of the range.
(2) When measuring the pulsating pressure, the working pressure shall not exceed 1/2 of the range.
(3) When measuring high pressure, the working pressure shall not exceed 3/5 of the range.
(4) For the part of the pressure gauge lower than 1/3 of the range limit, due to the relatively large relative error, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the working pressure shall not be lower than 1/3 of the range.
4. Diameter of dial:
Shell nominal diameter (mm) series: Φ50, Φ60, Φ75, Φ100, Φ150
In order to facilitate the operator to read the value of the pressure gauge, in general, the dial diameter of the pressure gauge should not be too small.
5. Determine the installation form:
The installation form of stainless steel pressure gauge is as follows:
(1) Radial infinite linear installation: use the threaded interface of the workbench to directly install it on the equipment.
(2) Install the rear side of the radiation belt: use the rear side of the instrument to fix it on the wall or equipment panel with screws.
(3) Install the radial band on the front side: the front side of the instrument is bolted to the instrument panel, and the instrument is buried in the rear of the instrument panel.
(4) Direct installation without axial frame: use the threaded interface of the workbench to directly install on the equipment.
(5) Install the axle belt on the front side: the front side of the instrument is fixed on the instrument panel with screws, and the instrument is buried in the rear of the instrument panel.
6. Fixture installation: Fix it on the equipment board with a tool fixture, and the tool is buried in the back of the equipment board.
Anti-corrosion precautions for stainless steel pressure gauges:
(1) For general corrosive media, if the stainless steel spring tube can resist corrosion for 1 to 2 years, it can be used as an ammonia pressure gauge. When installing, the pressure guiding pipe should be short, and the buffer coil should be changed to a buffer tank to prevent impurities from being blocked.
(2) If the medium corrodes stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be replaced with an isolation tank, and corrosion-resistant isolation fluid can be added. The type of isolation fluid can be selected according to the properties of the measured medium, but try to use it for more than half a year without deterioration. If ordinary spacer fluid is not applicable, fluorochlorofluorocarbon oil can be used as spacer fluid.
