Thermocouple Junction Box

The wire tube is connected with the junction box, and the wires in the wire tube are connected in the junction box to protect the wires and connect the wires. The thermocouple and thermal resistance junction box is a device used to fix the wiring seat and serve as a connector. It plays the role of protecting the temperature sensing element from the erosion of the external atmosphere and making the external wire and the terminal in good contact. According to the measured temperature object and On-site environmental conditions and requirements, in addition to ordinary junction boxes, there are splash-proof, waterproof, explosion-proof, plug-in, stainless steel, plastic and integrated temperature transmitters and other junction boxes. If we assemble various types of junction boxes into thermocouple and thermal resistance products, these products are correspondingly splash-proof, waterproof, and plug-in type thermocouples and thermal resistances.

The junction box of the thermocouple is used to connect the thermode and the measuring instrument. In order to prevent dust and harmful gas from entering the protective tube, gaskets are used to seal the wire outlet of the junction box and the end face of the cover. The main parts of thermocouple junction box are: cover, screw, washer, junction box, nameplate, gasket, hollow bolt, etc.

⑵Stainless steel junction box: suitable for anti-corrosion or flammable and explosive fields.

(3) Waterproof junction box: suitable for wet or open air places.

⑷ explosion-proof junction box: suitable for wet or open air places.

⑸Special junction box for integrated temperature transmitter: suitable for thermocouple integrated temperature transmitter with temperature transmitter.
