Description

The resistance remote pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, steams and gases that are not corrosive to copper and copper alloys. At the same time, the measured pressure can be transmitted to the remote secondary instrument in the form of electric quantity, so as to realize centralized detection and long-distance control. And it can be indicated on the spot, which is convenient for process inspection.


Structural principle:

The resistance remote pressure gauge consists of an ordinary spring tube pressure gauge and a set of sliding wire resistance transmitters.

When the pressure of the measured medium changes, the tube end of the spring tube is displaced, and the displacement causes the pointer to indicate the corresponding pressure value on the dial through the transmission mechanism. Since the sliding wire resistance transmitter is set on the sector gear of the transmission mechanism, when the transmission mechanism is deflected, it drives the sliding arm brush to slide accordingly, so that the change of the measured pressure value is converted into the change of resistance and transmitted to the two displayed on the secondary instrument.
