Description

The standard orifice plate is a product with simple structure, convenient installation and the strongest adaptability among the throttling devices. Its design, manufacture and use conform to the requirements of the international standard ISO5167 or GB/T2624.


Main features of standard orifice flowmeter:

◆The structure is simple, firm and easy to install.

◆It can measure the flow of various gases, steam and liquids, and has a wide range of applications.

◆No real flow calibration is required, and the accuracy is moderate.

◆The accessories are complete, which can be designed and calculated for the user.

◆It can be equipped with intelligent differential pressure transmitter to realize temperature, pressure compensation or field bus communication.


Main technical parameters of standard orifice flowmeter:

◆Pressure method: Angle connection (annular chamber or separate drilling), flange pressure, diameter distance pressure.

◆Nominal pressure: ≤42MPa (when ≥20MPa, use high pressure lens orifice plate or full welding type)

◆Nominal diameter: 50-2000mm (standard orifice plate) or <15mm (overall orifice plate); >2000mm (flat orifice plate)

◆Scope of application:
