Description

3051DP/GP type high-precision remote differential pressure/pressure transducer provides a reliable measurement method to avoid the direct contact of the measured medium with the isolation diaphragm of the transmitter.


The transmitter with remote transmission is suitable for the following conditions:

1. It is necessary to separate the high temperature medium from the transmitter.

2. The measuring medium has a corrosive effect on the sensitive components of the transmitter.

3. Suspended liquid or high viscosity medium.

4. The measured medium solidifies or crystallizes due to changes in ambient or process temperature.

5. It is necessary to strictly purify the measuring head when replacing the measured medium.

6. The measuring head must be kept clean and hygienic.

7. Measurement of sealed pressure vessels.


3051DP/GP type high-precision remote differential pressure/pressure transmitter still has various features of 13051DP/GP differential pressure/pressure transmitter. Provide a variety of structural materials, remote device components welded structure, strong reliability. The low-volume design of the liquid-filling cavity reduces the influence of temperature. According to user requirements, the operating temperature of DC200 series silicone oil is ﹣40~+149℃, and the operating temperature of high temperature silicone oil is ﹣15~+315℃.

The upper limit of the working pressure of the remote transmission device is the rated value of the remote transmission device selected by the user, and the working pressure is not lower than 3.5KPa (absolute pressure). For the selection of corrosive medium, please refer to the attached table for the isolation diaphragm material, which is only for the user's reference.
