What is the installation method and grade of stainless steel pressure gauge?

Principle of stainless steel pressure gauge:

Stainless steel pressure gauges refer to instruments that use elastic elements as sensitive elements to measure and indicate pressures higher than ambient. Stainless steel pressure gauges are widely used in almost all industrial process and scientific research fields. It can be seen everywhere in the fields of heat pipe network, oil and gas transmission, water supply and gas supply system, auto repair shop, shopping mall and other fields. Especially in the process of industrial process control and technical measurement, because the elastic sensitive element of the mechanical stainless steel pressure gauge has the characteristics of high mechanical strength and convenient production, the mechanical pressure gauge has been widely used.

The stainless steel pressure gauge displays the pressure through the elastic deformation of the sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows and bellows) in the stainless steel pressure gauge, and then the pressure deformation is transmitted to the pointer through the moving conversion mechanism in the stainless steel pressure gauge, so that the pointer rotates.

From the perspective of the installation structure type, the pressure gauge has direct installation type, embedded type and convex installation type. The embedded type is divided into radial embedded type and axial embedded type, and the convex type is divided into radial convex type and axial convex type. The direct mounting type is divided into radial direct mounting type and axial direct mounting type. The radial direct mounting type is the basic mounting type. In general, when the installation structure type is not specified, it refers to the radial direct installation type. Considering the stability of its own bracket, the axial direct mounting type is usually only suitable for stainless steel pressure gauges with a nominal diameter of less than 150mm. The so-called embedded and convex pressure gauges are what we usually refer to as edged (mounting ring) pressure gauges. Axial embedded refers to the axial front edge, radial embedded refers to the radial front edge, and radial convex type (also called wall-mounted) refers to the radial rear edge pressure gauge.

From the perspective of range and range, the positive pressure range is divided into micro pressure range and pressure gauge range

Low pressure range part, medium pressure range part, high pressure range part, high pressure range part, each range part is subdivided into several ranges (meter range); there are three kinds of negative pressure (vacuum gauge) in the negative pressure range (vacuum); Pressure and negative pressure gauges are full scale gauges. Its specification name is pressure vacuum gauge, also known as vacuum stainless steel pressure gauge. It can measure positive and negative pressure.

The accuracy classification of stainless steel pressure gauges is very clear. The commonly used accuracy grades include grade 4, grade 2.5, grade 1.6, grade 1, grade 0.4, grade 0.25, grade 0.16, grade 0.1, etc. Generally, the accuracy grade should be marked on the dial. Its identification should also have corresponding provisions. For example, "①" indicates that its accuracy class is class 1. For some stainless steel pressure gauges with lower accuracy grades, such as stainless steel pressure gauges below grade 4, other stainless steel pressure gauges do not need to measure their accurate pressure values, but only need to indicate the pressure range, such as stainless steel pressure gauges on fire extinguishers, the accuracy cannot be mark.
